Natalie began her Medicare career in the late 1980s before stepping away to raise her three daughters. During that time, she earned her doctorate (PharmD), became a licensed pharmacist, and spent 20 years caring for patients, gaining a deep understanding of the healthcare system. In 2018, she returned to Medicare, combining her clinical knowledge with a passion for helping clients make sense of Medicare. Outside of work, Natalie loves to travel and treasures time spent with family, especially her three amazing daughters and grandson.

Andrew is a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) and Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®) who specializes in Social Security, retirement income, Medicare, long-term care, and legacy planning. Andrew helps pre-retirees and retirees build a clear, confident path forward, protecting their income & savings, their health, and the legacy they've worked a lifetime to build. As a member and instructor with the Council of Financial Educators (COFE), Andrew regularly conducts workshops and educational classes to help both professionals and the public make more informed retirement decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, cooking, playing guitar, and cherishes every moment with Natalie and their family.
