During that time, she earned her doctorate, became a licensed pharmacist, and spent 20 years caring for patients, gaining a deep understanding of the healthcare system. In 2018, she returned to Medicare, combining her clinical knowledge with a passion for helping clients make sense of Medicare. Outside of work, Natalie loves to travel and treasures time spent with family, especially her three amazing daughters and grandson.
